MUSCATINE COUNTY, Iowa (KWQC) – Cindi Naber says she never goes anywhere without her camera. The Muscatine County woman often travels the back roads of Iowa, ready to take that next fantastic photo.
Frequently, Naber focuses on flowers, and enjoys everything about gardening and nature.
Recently, she visited the flower garden at the Pruitt residence in Nichols. Two acres. A collage of colors. The stunning pinks, purples, yellows, and whites.
Cindi snapped plenty of pictures, many of them close up. The bees and butterflies roaming the garden are also included in her photo album.
The two acre garden has about 200 varieties of flowers. Emma Mae and Lynn Pruitt are the owners. The Pruitt family enjoys the beauty and privacy. Emma Mae says she gives credit to God for this special place!
Cindi Naber also makes it a point to ride along country roads, snapping photos of the people, places, flowers and farms associated with rural Iowa.
A photographer who figures the next best picture is just around the corner.
