UPDATE: The following statement is from The Scott County Family Y: “Several fitness centers were recently victimized by a string of thefts. This included two branches of the YMCA. On this and any other instances, we work with and assist our police. Fortunately, our security and entrance policy was helpful in obtaining a picture of one of the alleged culprits. Everyone who enters a YMCA is required to present identification and have a head shot taken. We will continue to assist authorities in this matter.”
