DES MOINES, Iowa (KWQC) – Former Iowa Governor and current U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack will campaign on behalf of Hillary Clinton across Iowa this weekend. Vilsack will host a series of rural America events across southern Iowa, focusing on Hillary Clinton’s plans to strengthen the Renewable Fuel Standard and investments in rural infrastructure. Vilsack will also host grassroots organizing events for Iowans, who will start voting on Sept. 29, 2016.
Iowans can start voting on Thursday, September 29 either by mail or at their county auditor’s office.
