SCOTT COUNTY, Iowa (KWQC) – Floodwater from the Wapsipinicon River is now pouring over Scott County Rd. Y-68, also known as Old Highway 61 or Scott Park Rd. The county closed the road at 305th St. on Fri., Sept. 30, 2016. It was added to a list of secondary roads already closed this week because of the high water.
According to the National Weather Service, the Wapsi is cresting around 13.76 feet. Flood stage is 11 feet. The river is projected to start to fall on Saturday, Oct. 1.

Y68 (Scott Park Road): North of 305th Street
