DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) — This place is ghoulish. There’s no turning back when you stop at Randy Raabe’s home on East Rusholme.
It’s the famous Halloween House. Filled with all things spooky and scary. For more than twenty years, Raabe has decorated his home with animated objects. Some he created.
There’s a flying bat with about a five foot wingspan. A spider drops down from a tree. That creature is controlled by a rope and pulley.
You’ll run into a witch and ghosts. The sights and sounds definitely make this place a talker.
Raabe expects hundreds of trick or treaters to drop by Monday night. He will be handing out treats from 5 to 7 p.m.
