UPDATE: The repairs are complete. Iowa American Water Company says there is no need for customers to boil their water.

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) — People living in a west Davenport neighborhood are dealing with low water pressure or no water at all.

Early Thursday morning there was a water main break near the corner of Emerald Dr. and Locust St. According to Iowa America Water, the estimated repair time is 6 hours. At 6 a.m., crews were digging up the street and working on the break. A TV-6 crew said a rush of water was puddling on the road.
