Rockefeller Christmas tree arrives in New York

NEW YORK (NBC) – It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in New York City.

This year’s Rockefeller Center Christmas tree arrived today on a flatbed truck.

The 94-foot Norway Spruce was cut down Thursday in upstate New York and made the 140-mile trek.

The tree’s 50-thousand lights will be turned on during a television broadcast on November 30th.
