Donald Trump will leave his company ‘in total’ to focus on presidency

New York, NY (KWQC) — Early Wednesday morning, President-elect Donald Trump took to Twitter to make an announcement about his company. trumptweet1

Trump said he will hold a news conference with his children in New York City on December 15 “to discuss the fact that I will be leaving my great business in total in order to fully focus on running the country…”

Trump goes on to say, via Twitter, that he feels “it is visually important, as President, to in no way have a conflict of interest” with his various business endeavors.

The President-elect said legal documents are being crafted to take him “completely” out of business operations. trumptweet2

“The Presidency is a far more important task!” Trump tweeted.
